Victor, I take all of the herbs and put equal amounts into a plastic or brown paper “mixing bag”, and SHAKE for several minutes. When some of the herbs are in leaf form and need to be powdered, I put those herbs in a coffee grinder, or blender to pulverize them as much as possible before mixing them with the already-powdered herbs. NOTE: if one of your herbs is capsicum, cayenne, I’d use about 1/4 of this compared to the amount of the other herbs, because it is quite hot! Once mixed, keep your herbs as much as possible under light-tight and air-tight conditions. I like to transfer the herbs to metal canisters, like what you keep flour and sugar in. Then, as suggested by Jethro Kloss in his book “Back To Eden”, I start using about 1/2 teaspoon 3X a day as a beginning dosage to see how my body responses, and adjust more or less, based on my results.
